Dean, who joined the company in 2012, is currently responsible for leading its global technology initiatives and aligning IT objectives and programs to corporate strategies.

Dean previously worked for Arthur Andersen, Accenture, Andersen Worldwide and United Airlines and more recently with Liquidity Services as its CIO.

Deputy General Counsel Hanner joined Arthur in 2004, and coordinates and provides guidance on all transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, real estate and insurance regulatory matters.

Current Sourcing and Services vice president Richardson joined the company in 2005 and is responsible for corporate sourcing, real estate and other cost savings and organizational sourcing initiatives.

Richardson served as chief financial officer, general manager and vice president of account development for various travel organizations and also worked as vice president of Sourcing for Aon Corporation.
