Working Principle of Integrated Thermocouple/Resistance


Thermal resistance measure temperature according to property of the material changes with the change of inherent resistance.Heating partial of thermal resistance use fine wire double around the framework which is made of insulation material,when temperature gradient is measured in the medium ,The measured temperature is the average whin temperature -sensing element of the dielectric layer .
