This is a voice universal A/C smart remote control, compatible with 99% brands and models in the market. These following brands could be used directly without setup: Gree, Midea, Haier, Aux, and Changhong.

When Genius plugged in, you will hear the opening: ‘Welcome to use Genius Voice remote control. Please say HELLO GENIUS to wake me up.’ Please say ‘HELLO GENIUS’ to start. If you can not use it directly, please try the setup methods as below:

A. Pairing

1. Say: ‘Pair the air conditioner.’

2. After Genius replies:’Please point the air conditioner remote control at me and press ’Power’ key’, do as it instructed.

3. If it replies ‘Pairing succeeds’, say:’exit paring’ to quit.

4. If it says ‘Pairing fails’, repeat from Step 1.

B. Searching

1. Say:’Search the air conditioner’.

2. It replies:’Enter searching mode, please say STOP SEARCHING when the air conditioner activates’. That means it’s trying to search for the right code while it says ‘Next’ one by one.

3. Say ‘STOP SEARCHING’ as soon as the A/C is turned on.

Modes: “Cool mode” “Heat mode” “Auto mode” “Dry mode” Fan mode”

Fan speed: “Maximum fan speed” “Minimum fan speed” “Auto fan speed”

Temperature: “Maximum temperature” “30℃” “29℃” “28℃” ...... “16℃”

Swing on/off: “Turn on the swing” “Turn off the swing”

Timer: “Time off 2 hours” ...... “Time off 5 hours” “Cancel the Timer”

Child lock: “Lock Genius” “Unlock Genius”

Volume: “Increase the volume” “Decrease the volume”
